Rick had worked as a Mortgage Broker on the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane since 2001. In this role he consistently saw the need for his clients to have better financial protection, finance education and the need to set up well planned, structured retirement plans.

Fiona Gardner
Principal & Licensee
Fiona started in the industry as a broker in 2005 when she created People First Financial Services. Processing mortgages and lending for her clients saw Fiona the need for a quality service providing development stock and house and land packages for owner occupiers and investors.
She has an excellent relationship with many building contractors and companies in Queensland, therefore they provide her with current stock for new development and areas best to invest. Working with the owner to produce the best design of the home and the builder through the construction, the investor does not have to lift a finger as all the hard work is done.

Mandy Schell
Property Manager
Mandy will look after your investment to give you peace of mind. She has had an interest in property since buying her first investment property at age 18 and second property at age 19 while living in New Zealand, Since moving to Australia she has bought another property.
Mandy had a career for three years in property valuation on the Sunshine Coast. From there she moved to sales and then found her passion for property management. She has held her Property Management and Salesperson Certificate for five years.
